GENTLE/RESTORATIVE YOGA - Need Energy?
  • Nurturing poses that help renew your energy and reduce stress
  • Relax through gentle stretches, breathing, and restorative poses.
  • Simple movements to increase range of motion of the major joints.
  • Must have the ability to get up and down from the floor.
  • No prior experience needed.

YOGA 1/INTRODUCTION TO YOGA - New to Yoga?

  • Strengthen and stretch the legs, back, shoulders, and arms.
  • Focus on alignment of standing poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation.
  • No prior experience needed.

YOGA 1-2/EXPERIENCED BEGINNER

  • The next step after Yoga 1
  • Some yoga experience required or new to Anusara.
  • Basic Anusara alignment principles are covered.
  • Continue to build strength and endurance while refining standing poses.

YOGA 2/CONTINUING
  • Completed two sessions of Yoga 1-2 and you still want to know more.
  • Expand your knowledge of Anusara Principles.
  • Emphasis is on basic sitting poses, back bends and shoulder stand.

YOGA 2-3 
  • Must have completed 3 sessions of Yoga 2
  • Focus is on strengthening the arms and preparing for inversions.
  • Arm balances are introduced.
  • Learn upside down box.

YOGA 3/INTERMEDIATE
  • Ready to go upside down? Learn handstand, headstand and forearm balance.
  • Take your standing poses, back bends and seated poses to the next level.
  • Begin to build a more vigorous flow of poses.
  • Regular practice outside of class is strongly encouraged.

YOGA 4/ADVANCED
  • Ready to kick it up a notch?
  • Must be able to kick up unassisted into handstand at the wall.
  • Able to hold a freestanding headstand.
  • Can push up to Upward Facing Bow with straight arms.
  • Regular practice outside of class is expected.
  • Permission of the instructor is required.

FLOW 'N GO
  • Level 1-2 experience or higher required.
  • Just want to flow? Come and flow from pose to pose.
  • Includes Sun Salutations.
  • Can be registered for on a week to week basis.

ZUMBA
  • Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create
    an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. The name Zumba is
    derived from a Colombian word meaning to move fast and have fun.
  • Can be registered for on a week to week basis.

BABY AND ME
  • Yoga for you and your little one, ages 3 months to 1 year.

FAMILY YOGA
  • Yoga for your family. All ages welcome.
